Lauren E. Park joined Levin & Perconti in October 2018, before being admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2018. Lauren originally began her career as head of the intake department at the firm before transitioning to a full-time litigation attorney in March 2019. As an associate attorney, Lauren focuses her practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases, including nursing home abuse and neglect and medical malpractice cases.
Lauren graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2018. While there, Lauren earned a certificate in Health Care Law, earned a place on the Dean’s List during multiple semesters and received the CALI Award for Highest Grade in Sales. As a law student, Lauren was also Senior Editor of the Annals of Health Law Journal, a member of the Health Justice Project and volunteered at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic in Chicago.
Lauren has also assumed leadership roles since joining the bar. She is actively involved with the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division. In addition, she has obtained favorable rulings from the Illinois Appellate Court, including the Fourth District Appellate Court, which affirmed a district court’s denial of a defendant’s motion to compel arbitration in a nursing home lawsuit.
According to Lauren, “During litigation, my goal is to streamline my client’s case while collaborating with them, listening to them and representing their case with compassion, dedication and an eye for detail.” One of her past clients wrote a review stating “we had the pleasure of dealing with attorney Lauren Park in regard to injuries sustained by my husband during a nursing home stay. Lauren was a joy to work with and always kept us informed and up to date. We left it all in her hands knowing that her expertise would get the best possible outcome. Hopefully we won’t need the services of an attorney in the future, but I would certainly recommend Lauren and her firm to anyone that should need legal help.” During Lauren’s career, she has achieved over $20 million in settlements, including the following notable results:
$4.6M

Client Testimonials
During that time, my family and I suffered the loss of my mother. Mr. Levin and Mr. Peconti were more than just our lawyers. Words can’t really express our gratitude. My family and I will always be grateful for the compassion that they showed us. I want to thank you for what you did for my family, and for always being there for us.
Margaret’s representation, guidance, and professionalism gave us the sense that we could put our trust in Levin & Perconti and the final outcome proved that to be true.
Not only were they so professional but also so caring and thoughtful. It was very difficult going over the facts in our mother's case but they were so compassionate and understanding and allowed us to be with them every step of the way. We were able to sit in on the depositions and we were really able to see how hard they worked on our behalf.
During that time, my family and I suffered the loss of my mother. Mr. Levin and Mr. Perconti were more than just our lawyers. Words can’t really express our gratitude.
They were most patient and responded timely to many questions throughout the entire process. All demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge of case and state laws. Their in-depth investigative work uncovered details which were unknown to us and yet sadly confirmed our suspicions. We would recommend the Levin and Perconti Law firm and especially this team.
