How Do You Prove Social Media Addiction Is Harmful?

How do we prove a social media lawsuit? How do we prove that social media did something wrong, and how do we prove that harm resulted from that? I don’t think anyone debates any longer that the harm social media can cause is real. Why do we sue them? On what basis do we sue a social media company? There are laws in America that say you cannot put unsafe products out into commerce. I don’t think social media should be treated any differently in their algorithms and in their methods of doing business. We know through other lawsuits, through documents that have been developed, that they are using the highest form of Internet technological AI intelligence to figure out how to keep children on their sites as frequently and as long as possible. They do that in ways that harm the children, and that’s a social media lawsuit in a nutshell.
