How Does L&P Keep Clients Informed Throughout Their Case?

Video Transcript

Keeping clients informed is an important part of our practice. There are many points during a case where we are actively engaged with our client. In the legal process, which is often painfully long for clients—in Cook County, it could take two, three, or even four years—there are periods when nothing seems to be happening in the case from the client’s perspective. We pride ourselves on promptly returning every telephone call and giving clients regular updates on the status of their case. A personal injury case is like a journey: you start with the case intake and end with either a settlement or a trial. It is crucial, both from the client’s and the lawyer’s point of view, to stay in touch with the client. This engagement allows us to better represent our clients and ensures they receive the communication they deserve.
