What Will My Case Cost Me?

Hi. I’m John Perconti, one of the founding partners of Levin & Perconti in Chicago. Many clients often ask us, what will it cost them for us to prosecute their case? The true answer is it will cost you nothing upfront. What this means is that you will enter into a contingency fee arrangement with our firm. This means that you will only pay us a percentage of the recovery for our attorney’s fees once the case is settled or resolved. With respect to the cost associated with this litigation, we advance and pay for all of those costs upfront. You do not have to pay anything with regard to those costs. When the case is settled, those costs, along with the attorney’s fees, will be deducted from your recovery. If we don’t recover money for you at the end of the case, you owe us nothing. Injured victims often cannot work and don’t have the necessary resources to finance a case. This contingency fee arrangement allows you to have access to us and access to the court system.
